‘Are you at risk’ is a button specially designed to help you exit this blog at any point during your visit. When you hit the button you will be instantly directed to the Samaritans website, which gives its users more information on how to get help if you are at risk, or additionally if you are concerned about someone else.
 

This tool is in place to protect those who may themselves be facing some emotional difficulties surrounding mental health, and/or have been directly impacted with suicide, or even if you are investigating on behalf of a loved one or friend. 
 

If you do not feel comfortable speaking to someone within your community about any issues you are having relating to suicide, or on behalf of someone else, go to our help and support page or additionally click the button to be referred to the Samaritans website.
 

If you’re struggling with suicidal thoughts, reach out to someone. There will always be someone there to help.
